MAGIC SHOW-SPECTROM-21
Department of Chemical Engineering was organized Magic Show event in Spectrom-21. There were about 21 participants take parts into event. Students presented the magic with chemical and shown their skill like the hand on fire, hard rock float on the water etc, with help of chemicals on online platform.
TECHPROM -2K21
Om Engineering college,Junagadh organized project fair on 9th April 2021 for final year degree students as per GTU guidelines. Total 15 groups of projects from Chemical department were displayed in the project fair. Students interact and show their project application to the various experts from academics and industry on online platform. Among these experts select top 3 high scorer project & encourage them for their brilliant work.
INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL SAFETY
Mr. DHAVAL BHUVA given E-Webinar on Industrial Chemical Safety Process on 17th October 2020 which is attend by all student of Chemical Engineering. He explained the basic safety process terminologies to the student. He has also explained about safety symbols, safety rules, hazard,types of fire and risk management.From this E-Webinar students can improve their knowledge of how safety takes place in industries.
CHEM-O-CAR-SPECTROM-2K20
Department of Chemical Engineering was organized Chemical-o-Car event in Spectrom-20. CHEM-O-CAR is a fun event with an element of chemistry in it aiming at running a model car on chemical fuel. Winning students prepare amazing car which cover distance of 15 m in 5.69 seconds.Speed of car and model design by students is very significant and appropriate in favor of rules of event.
CHEM-O-MISSILE-SPECTROM-2K20
Chem~O~Missile event is organized for Chemical Engineering Students. In this event participant have to design a missile using a knowledge related mechanical design of pressure vessel and fluid mechanics from plastic waste bottle. we are allowed to provide parachute with missile.
