Women Development Cell(WDC) provide and maintain a dignified, congenial working environment for women employees including teaching, non-teaching and students, where they can work, study and explore their potential to the fullest.The functions of the cell are to purely safeguard the rights of female students, faculty and staff members of women and also to provide a platform for listening to complaints

Our Objective: To create social awareness to female staff members and girl students in the college about the relevant issues related to women.

To encourage the members to participate in the activities exclusively meant for their development as women.
To organize seminars, workshops for creating general awareness and orientation to students, teachers, non-teaching staff for their active and sustained participation in the activities of the Committee.
