The webinar on topic “Recent Trends in Water Resource Engineering” was arranged by Department of civil Engineering on dated 8th April 2021, Thursday. Webinar was organized for students of Diploma, Degree, Master degree students, faculties and PhD. scholars of Civil Engineering. 70+ participants from different organization registered and attended this webinar.
WEBINAR ON FUNDAMENTALS OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING USING STAAD.
Department of Civil Engineering organized a webinar on topic “Fundamentals of Structural Engineering using STAAD.” on dated 18th September 2020. Webinar was organized for students of purpose to aware students about fundamental concepts of structural design using STAAD-PRO software.
USE OF DIFFERNT CHEMICALS AND ADMIXURES IN CIVIL ENGINEERING
Civil engineering had organized the one day expert talk for "Various Admixtures used in Civil Field" by expert from Fair mate chemicals Company Mr. Maru.In this expert talk students learnt about different chemicals that are used in different fields of civil engineering like Admixures, water proofing Systems, Engineering grouts, industrial Floor Surfaces, Surface treatment, Concrete repairs, Sealants Pre-packed Concrete & Mortars Protective coatings, Highway repair.
Expert Talk on Wastewater Treatment and Recycling
Recently Department of civil engineering had organized the one day expert talk on "Wastewater Treatment and Recycling" by expert Dr. M.J.Gundaliya from Chhotubhai Gopalbhai Patel Institute of Technology for the 5th Semester students.Main purpose for organizing this seminar is to give the knowledge to students about waste water and importance of waste water treatments and its different methods and how to reduce the water pollution.
Expert Talk On "MODERN IRRIGATION TECHNIQUES"
On 24th August, Department of Civil Organized an Expert talk on "MODERN IRRIGATION TECHNIQUES" by expert Dr. MANOJ GUNDALIA for the students of 5th semester diploma. Gundaliya Sir first explain to students about the importance of irrigation methods and gave the introduction, techniques, design of modern of irrigation. From this expert talk students got the clear idea about the different methods of modern irrigation and also got the subjective knowledge.
