SKILL DEVELOPEMENT WORKSHOP ON PVSYST FOR GRID CONNECTED SYSTEM
The PVSyst workshop was arranged for diploma engineering students of Government Polytechnic, Rajkot. Our faculty was invited for this workshop as a expert. A photovoltaic system, also PV system or solar power system is a power system designed to supply usable solar power by means of photovoltaic. It consists of an arrangement of several components, including solar panels to absorb and convert sunlight into electricity, a solar inverter to convert the output from direct to alternating current, as well as mounting, cabling, and other electrical acces- sories to set up a working system.
PVSYST FOR GRID CONNECTED SYSTEM
The PVSyst workshop was arranged for diploma engineering students of AV Parekh, Rajkot. Our faculty was invited for this workshop as a expert. Main purpose of this workshop is to be familiar with Photo Voltaic system and to get practical knowledge of PV System software. During this workshop students can able to understand about PV system software which is developed by University of Geneva and also learn about main features of this software.

Using the software, we can able to design all over system which is standalone system or grid connected system. Internal Hackathon-2020
Institutions Innovation Council from OM Engineering College arranged an workshop on Internal Hackathon-2020 on dated 7th January, 2020. Students were come with the banner and presentation slide of problem statement of hardware & software. In this event students have benefited the basic knowledge of HACKATHON event & its selection process and also learn various problem statements. Students were benefited a lot from this event. Students were eagerly to say conducting this type of event for technical activity approach which is shows the success of this event.
