3rd Semester Chemical Engineering Students visited an industry HI-Bond Cement (INDIA) Pvt.Ltd.Gondal on 4th October,2018.HI-Bond Cement (India) Pvt.Ltd.Gondal plant started with 2500 Tonnes per Day production of cement and now a days having capacity of 3000 Tonnes per Day.There are three different grade of cement were produce in this plant (1)53 Grade Cement(2)OPC Grade Cement & (3)Special HI-BOND Cement.Students earn knowledge from this visit related to Cement Manufacturing Process, Distributed Control System, Various chemical & physical testing procedure for cement & Equipments used in Cement industries Like Ball Mill,Jaw Crusher,Roll Crusher, Kiln, Boiler, etc.
SAM FINE O CHEM PVT. LTD.
Chemical Engineering Department has organized industrial visit At SAM FINE O CHEM LTD for 5th semester chemical engineering students on 03/08/2018. Sam fine O chem have manufacturing of piperidine and piperidone derivative around 128 as by-product. It is equipped with sophisticated and modern production and quality control equipments. Student earns knowledge from this industry about manufacturing process, various important parameters & equipments and instruments used in chemical industry.
Everest Starch India Pvt Ltd. (ESIPL)
2nd & 3rd year chemical engineering students visited Everest Starch India Pvt Ltd. (ESIPL) on 31 March 2018. ESIPL have manufacturing of Starch & its derivatives from maize, It has total capacity of crushing 300 metric tonnes per day. Student earns knowledge from this industry about manufacturing process, various important parameters, & equipments used in chemical industry.
Snehal Pigment Industries, Akleshwar
2nd year chemical engineering students visited of Snehal Pigment Industries on 28 April 2017. They have manufacturing of Dye Intermediates and Blue Pigment. With the knowledge of 25 products manufacturing process and number of 40 students completed visit.
Shreenath Chemical Industries, Ankleshwar
2nd year chemical engineering students visited of Shreenath Chemical Industries on 28 April 2017. They have manufacturing of Reactive Dye with use use of hugh equipments. Students have gained about working of equipments like spray dryer, scrubber, reactors etc. 40 students have successfully completed visit of Shreenath Chemical Industries.
