Candidate will interpret the customer /design team requirement of the product and translate the same into 3D and 2D drawings through various computer aided design techniques to create a graphical model on exact specifications for the product under design.
Candidate will be responsible for understanding the component requirements, machining the part as per work instructions/ standard operating procedures. As a CNC Operator, this role will select the required program from the list in order to machine the parts as per the work instructions, support the machine setter in programming and setting of the tools and conduct process test as per requirement.
Candidate will understand setting parameters and programming of CNC and other machining equipment's, supervision of operations for different machine tools performed both manually and through automatic/ CNC machines/ robots. The role also involves setting machine parameters, supervising all kinds of machining and in-Line inspection activities for quality verification, resolving line operation issues, ensuring compliance to all super finishing, tool room operations etc.
Candidate will be responsible for supervising the various machining processes such as milling, grinding, broaching, honing etc. And managing operations for a line or a shift to
fulfil the production plan through ensuring machining the part as per work instructions/ standard operating procedures.
Candidate will be responsible for the quality inspection of the manufactured products in order to deliver high quality to customer. Also candidate will be able to coordinate internally and externally within the organization, result oriented, and possess strong quality management skills.
Candidate will be responsible for the indoor testing and validation activities in R&D for developing final products conforming to the customer requirements. Candidate will also be able to demonstrate skills for mathematical reasoning, customer orientation, lateral thinking and communication.
